Hi. I can no longer download my PDF manuscript from Archie. I get an error message that says: " Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open 'Patient reminder recall..." because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded.)"

Include additional tables in "preview published pdf" function for DTA reviews
Using the "preview published pdf" function in Archie displays a PDF version of the review but does not include any "additional tables" which may be in the review; they are simply omitted from DTA reviews. (They appear in previews of intervention reviews)

Ensure that names with Jr/Sr can be correctly cited
We have recently published a review in which one on of the authors' names has the suffix 'Jr'. He was understandably keen that this appear on the paper as it is part of his name. However, the suffix box is not enabled in Archie so it does not appear on the published review. Adding the suffix to the end of the surname box results in incorrect citation (e.g. Jones Jr CM rather than Jones CM Jr). Could the suffix box be enabled please? Prevent creation of LfP form for deceased author
Ensure LfP forms are not generated in Archie for deceased authors, when a review is marked for publication
8 votesThe Policy Resource supports the case and does say that “Licence for publication form: No licence for publication form is required for the deceased author, as advised by our publisher, John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.”
