How can we improve Cochrane website functionality

Think about accessibility re font size, e.g. glossary items

In Cochrane Summaries glossary terms pop up when cursor hovers over an available item. The font size of these items is rather small. By increasing accessibility with offering multiple font sizes throughout the Cochrane website but also specifically for this feature, it will enable a wider audience to access information more readily, e.g. heathcare consumers as opposed to health professionals.
By increasing font size for glossary terms in hover mode, for example, those with communication, cognitive or physical disabilities will be able to access the information with less difficulty by reducing the need to click back and forward between information thus reducing cognitive load and aiding quicker and easier comprehension of the written information.
