At the moment I can only see 50 records listed in each page - I'd like tobe able to customise this so I can have more records in a 'page' to save clicking through multiple pages2 votes
There are several subject heading fields (e.g. MeSH, EMtree, keywords, other keywords) It should be possible to search all these simultaneously.4 votes
It would be great to have a update CT.gov button (like the Pubmed one), where by it updates the CT.gov information, and puts it into the new HarmoniSR compliant format. In a similar vain if you download a CT.gov record and it matches to one you already have, then it should update the record with the most recent info and update the format to be HarmoniSR compliant.2 votes
Sometimes it is necessary to bulk-edit fields in a group of records - this was possible in the desktop version - please can we have this function back in the web version?1 vote
1. When adding records they should go into a new folder as if they are imported
2. Need to be able to search by date received.
3. Need to be able to bulk import and select a number of records and bulk import.
4. Want to be able to customise the fields you see in the table view.
5. Would like to be able to hide the records that I have already imported.
6. Would like the exclude button back; and the option to hide these records.
7. The trial registry name should auto populate when importing.8 votes
Add Central ID, Study Design, and Former ID to the fields exported in the supplied RIS export format

when I choose a folder and I’m looking at the list of “folder contents” is there a way for the folder name to appear at the top where it says “folder contents”? I’d like to be able to choose a layout where I don’t need to look at the folders list in order to know which folder I am working in.6 votes
Will be in next release
As a CIS I would find it useful to b able to see which folder a record is in. Maybe the folder could be highlighted when a record is selected.7 votes
This would be difficult, as a folder is almost always a subfolder of another folder which would affect highlighting it. Possibly create a folder tab. Needs more planning / discussion
I would like to be able to delete folders of imported records. If I need to go back and look at one, it would be easier to find if it was not buried in a long list of old ones. Ideally I would like to be able to mark all the folders to be deleted and then delete them all with a single click.2 votes
Reason why this was not previously done was to keep a record of what had been imported. There are 2 options; move unwanted records into an archive folder or delete them. Voted for archive folder, to avoid mistakes with deletion.
An easy way of exporting all the references (included and/or exclude and/or ongoing) from our reviews
As a CIS I would find it useful to be able to easily exporting all the references (included and/or exclude and/or ongoing) from a review, e.g. if you could do this via the tracking screen, by selecting the references. People may also wish to do this for the study records as well.1 vote
We could add an option to add to folder from the tracking screen, then records can be exported from there. Folders are high on the development list.
It would be nice to be able to shorten a combination search of various search lines in CRSO like in Ovid:
So, instead of
#31 OR #32 OR #33 OR #34 OR #35 OR #36 OR #37 OR #38
I would like to be able to do
OR #31-#383 votes
I want to have improved export citation to Word. Eg so that the TSC could select
1. Which ones of the fields should be presented in Study/Reference Report [.DOCX format]
2. What order the fields should be presented in Report [.DOCX format]
3. What formating the content will have [Bold, Italic, Underline at least]7 votes
I want to have separate templates for groups when sending records to an author1 vote
I want to see the studies that are linked to the references in the results table1 vote
I want to see the tracking details in the record details screen (Wants info currently displayed in the Tracking tab to also display for individual records when viewing them?)1 vote
I want to have the Record Details screens more unique for each record type so I can see what type of record is being viewed at a glance (clearer distinctions between Cochrane, Reference and Study record types)1 vote
I want to be able to view the private journal lists for other groups1 vote
